1. Reduce the weight, reduce the thickness or reduce the number of layers, but it is necessary to maintain or even improve the functionality of the packaging. For example, PET/AL/PA/CPP can be replaced by GL-PET/high-strength PE, and BOPP/VMPET/PE can be replaced by alumina BOPP/CPP or BOPP/ACPP, so as to replace the original multi-layer composite structure with a two-layer composite structure. Layer composite structure.
2. Analysis of the recovery effect of commonly used materials, as follows:
(1) Plastic composite films containing aluminum foil seriously affect recycling.
(2)In addition to aluminum foil, flexible packaging mainly uses PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polyester), PA (nylon), PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) and EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer) and other polymers. Used in some constructions, depending on the barrier properties of the packaged product.
(3)Single material, such as single-layer PE, PE/PE, single-layer PP, PP/PP, and single-material aluminized film, will not affect recycling.
(4)PE and PP can be recycled and reprocessed together, and related recycled materials can be used in injection molding and other fields.
(5)Promote the use of polyolefin materials, mainly PP and PE, as well as corresponding coating films, aluminized films, etc.
(6)PET/PE cannot be directly recycled.
(7)Plastic composite films containing nylon seriously affect recycling. Other known coatings such as PVOH (PVA), EVOH, PET silicon oxide coating and cold seal glue coating, etc., do not affect the recycling of materials.
